Heartland Frontier Content Update - v0.2.3

A class-based 4x strategy game where you take control of a feudal fiefdom and resist foreign invaders to build a sovereign nation.  The heartland is the last true untamed frontier on the continent, a depopulated realm trapped between 4 great powers.

Mountains added to the game world. Settlements and holdings cannot be constructed in this terrain.

Explorers will now enter the heartland from the Great Powers. These characters wish to settle the frontier and will establish colonies. Which of the four great powers they come from effects what cohorts they bring to battle.

The Bishop's Yearly Tithe ability has been expanded. It will now create an event that has several different outcomes, you can succeed and collect the tribute and recruit fanatics, or you can fail and trigger a riot in the city.

Another generic quest has been added to the game, you can now get the mission to burn a hostile colony to gain influence.
