The main additions to the game this week are sound effects and the implementation of the AI turn.
Sound effects have been added for specific events in the game e.g. interface, capturing provinces etc. The process of adding audio will be a gradual process, there will be no big bang for sound, expect tweaks and additions like volume sliders over the next few weeks.
The implementation of the AI turn allows you to see clearly what choices the opposing factions are making, rather than before, where their choices were instant. The camera will follow the AI automatically, allow you to watch where it deploys, moves and consolidates.
A full list of changes this week are as follows:
- Added Continue option to Victory and Defeat events.
- Sound added for menu interface interactions.
- Sound added for when the player captures a province.
- Sound added for when the player loses a province.
- Sound added for when the AI captures a province.
- AI takes its turn more slowly.
- Camera follows AI actions when its not the players turn
